Downtown Dubai is the most walkable part of the city and the reason most first-time visitors come. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, Souk Al Bahar, and the fountain show are all within a few minutes on foot, and the metro connects you to the rest of Dubai without a car.
It is also the densest cluster in our portfolio. Our Downtown apartments sit in towers around Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard and the Dubai Mall district - buildings like Vida Residences, Grande, Bay Square, and the Binghatti and Damac towers just across the canal - many with direct Burj Khalifa or fountain views.
For a first Dubai trip, or any stay where you would rather walk than drive, Downtown is the straightforward choice. Expect a premium over outlying areas; what you buy with it is location and views.

Downtown sits at the premium end of the Dubai market because of its location and views. If budget matters more than walkability, Business Bay next door and JVC offer more space for less.
Most buildings include a residents' parking bay. Availability varies by unit, so confirm with us when you book if you are bringing a car.
